Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
1. Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. The refund will be processed based on the original payment method.
2. No Significant Course Progress: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content. If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, no refund will be issued.
1. Digital Certificates: Any certifications earned during the course are non-refundable.
2. Courses Purchased During Promotions Courses bought at a discounted price during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable.

Once your refund request is received, we will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.
Upon the issuance of a refund, your access to the course content will be revoked immediately.
In special circumstances such as technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing the course, we may offer a refund beyond the standard refund period. These cases will be reviewed individually.
